I built the company with a variety of knowledge & experience from backgrounds in retail management, accounting, media/television stations, sales, and academia. Our approach is unique because of the time invested to research and understand your company as a partner in your success.
About Me
I have been working in the media & communications industry since 2012. Stinson Communications emerged in 2015 while in graduate school. Pictured with me is one of the loves of my life, Karma, my German Shepherd/Collie mix.

A Little More of My Background
I received a Bachelor of Arts in English & Communications from Roanoke College in 2009. After a few successful years managing and growing retail businesses, I transitioned to my true passion: Media & Advertising. I saw a need beyond what I could offer in my current role for my clients. Always on a path for growth, I decided to leave WSLS to pursue a Master of Arts in English and was awarded a Writing Instructor Fellowship from Radford University.
My published thesis involved intense research in digital rhetoric and designing an English curriculum around more contemporary digital realties. I had the opportunity to present at several conferences including: CIDER at Virginia Tech, Digital Margins at Clemson, William & Mary’s Graduate Research Symposium, and a Writing Pedagogy Conference at The University of Florida.
